Airports

There are three major airports within 25 miles of the conference venue. LAX has the most international flights.

• Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) - 22 miles / 35 kilometers from the venue
• Long Beach Airport (LGB) - 6.4 miles / 10 kilometers from the venue
• John Wayne Airport (SNA) - 20 miles / 32 kilometers from the venue

Rail

Los Angeles Union Station also has trains available to/from a number of locations within California and the United States more generally. You can find more information about these routes on Amtrak’s website.

Getting to the Venue

There are three options for traveling to and from the airport or train station:

• App-based ride-hailing (i.e. Uber and Lyft) or taxi service.

• Rental cars are available at all airports.  There is a charge for parking at the venue; see this page for hotel parking information.

• Public Transportation:

• • LAX offers a free shuttle service to Aviation/LAX station on the Metro C-line (green). You may take this line East to Willowbrook/Rosa Parks Station where you transfer to the Metro A-line (blue) south to Downtown Long Beach Station which is within walking distance of the Conference venue and hotel.
  • You may also take the LAX Flyaway Bus directly to Union Station and take the Metro A-Line (blue) to Downtown Long Beach Station which is within walking distance of the Conference venue and hotel.

Note: each passenger will need to have a TAP card (physical or through the app) to pay for and ride most public transportation in Los Angeles County.
